libgeocoding7 software package provides parsing/formatting/validating phone numbers - runtime, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgeocoding7
libgeocoding7 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgeocoding7 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgeocoding7 *
You will get with libgeocoding7 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
